Community Grant Application 2016-17

Instructions:

Before applying for a 2016-2017 Junior League of San Antonio Community Grant, please be certain you have read our guidelines. Please click back to review our 2016-17 Grant Guidelines.

Please review the application below and make certain you have all the necessary information before filling out the application. Once submitted, you WILL NOT be able to go back and alter or add any additional information/ or documents. Incomplete submissions WILL NOT be considered.

All applications for Summer Community Grants (June 1st through August 31st, 2016) must be submitted by August 31st, 2016.

All applications for Fall Community Grants (October 1st through November 30th, 2016) must be submitted by November 30th, 2016.

All applications for Spring Community Grants (February 1st through March 31st, 2017) must be submitted by March 31st, 2017.

*Please note that if you are not accepted for the grant season you applied in, your application will still be considered through March 31st. Please do not re-apply for each grant season.

Grant Request - Please describe in detail the project you are seeking funding for, including how the project will be evaluated and the dissemination of the evaluation results

A list of key personnel who will be working on this project and the length of their service at the agency
